Return Policy

An order can be cancelled by e-mail to or by using the contact form below every page only on the same day the order was placed. To cancel an order a cancelation request via e-mail or contact form must be send on that same day of the order placement. After a succcesfull cancelation the customer will receive a full refund of the payment and a cancelation confirmation via e-mail.
Order cancelations on a later moment are only possible if the order was not packed and shipped out already or a shipping label wasn't already created. For order cancelations on a later moment a message must be sent via e-mail or contact form to find out if a cancelation is still possible at this later moment.
Cancelations on orders that were shipped out are not possible.

Items that are sent out defective and not stated as defective or imperfect (see Quality Policy) may be exchanged for product or credit. Defective merchandise must be reported within 14 days of receipt, with photos of the issue.
Items that were send out erroneous different to your order will be refunded and the correct order will be send on our cost. Wrong merchandise must be reported 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred.
We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.
Items damaged during shipment cannot be exchanged and will not be refunded unless prearranged prior to shipping and shipped with insurance.
